AGCH Appoints New Senior Director of Professional Services
Arroyo Grande Community Hospital (AGCH) is continuously looking for new ways to improve the already award-winning care provided to the community we serve. For this reason, Rick Castro, hospital president, is pleased to announce that Keith Bradkowski, MS, RN, has been appointed to the newly created role of Arroyo Grande Community Hospital’s Senior Director of Professional Services. He most recently served as the hospital’s Risk Manager and Joint Commission Coordinator. In his new position, Bradkowski is also now a member of the AGCH Senior Leadership team.
“Keith was instrumental in leading the hospital through our recent Joint Commission Survey,” says Castro. “He has a long history of moving departments forward both in quality and service satisfaction. We are looking forward to his energy in moving our hospital forward.”
As Senior Director of Professional Services, Bradkowski’s duties include overseeing the functions of the Clinical Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, Plant Operations, Food Services, Environmental Services, Respiratory Therapy, Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Cardiac Rehabilitation.
Bradkowski states, “I look forward to working with our team of dedicated professionals in providing the finest healthcare services in the area.”
Bradkowski has an impressive background in healthcare education and experience. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rush University, in Chicago Illinois, Master of Science in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Illinois Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Nursing Administration from the American Nurses Association and is a Fellow of the Johnson & Johnson—Wharton Fellowship Program from the University of Pennsylvania.
Bradkowski’s professional healthcare experience includes serving as adjunct clinical faculty at several leading academic medical centers as well as senior level management positions in the healthcare setting for many years. He has an extensive background in healthcare business development, clinical operations, new program development and implementation, and program enhancement.
