General:
Visitors are welcome at Arroyo Grande Community Hospital from 11 A.M. to 8 P.M. daily. Exceptions may be made when a patient's caregiver determines a special need. Children under the age of 12 may visit patients, but must be supervised at all times. It is recommended that visits from children not exceed 30 minutes. Visitors are limited to two at a time. As a precaution we ask that you please not visit if you have a fever, a cold, sore throat, flu or if you have been exposed to, but never had chicken pox, measles or the mumps. Thank you for your consideration.
Visitors to the Intensive Care Unit:
Visits are limited to immediate family. The nurse caring may adjust the length and time of visits for the patient.
Visitors to Surgery Waiting:
Family members waiting for patients in surgery are asked to wait in the main lobby of the hospital. Doctors will call or come out and talk to family members about patients' conditions after surgery.
Gift Shop:
Our Gift Shop is located in the main lobby of Arroyo Grande. We offer a variety of inspirational gifts, cards and flowers. Our Gift Shop is open daily from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Closed on holidays.
