Those interested in fresh water and deep sea fishing won’t be at a loss. The Central Coast offers both with several lakes and the nearby Pacific Ocean. Fresh water fishing and water sports are available at Lopez Lake outside of Arroyo Grande, Lake Cachuma south of Santa Maria, Santa Margarita Lake east of Santa Margarita, and Nacimiento Lake and Lake San Antonio east of Paso Robles. Deep sea fishing enthusiasts will find fishing charters taking off from Morro Bay and the surrounding areas.
